Use of Service
DocuSafe provides a secure cloud platform for storing, organising, and managing personal and academic documents. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You must not use DocuSafe to store, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
DocuSafe is designed for legitimate personal and academic document management. We reserve the right to review accounts suspected of misuse.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the contact page. DocuSafe cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
Subscription & Payments
Certain features of DocuSafe require a paid annual subscription. The current rate is ₦250 (92% OFF) per year, granting full access to all premium features for 365 days from the date of payment.
All subscription payments are processed securely. Once a payment has been completed and access granted, refunds are not available unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to the registered account. Sharing premium access with other users is a violation of these terms.
Data & Security
DocuSafe employs AES-256 encryption to protect your documents at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices including regular audits, access controls, and secure infrastructure.
While we take every reasonable measure to safeguard your data, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. By using DocuSafe, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk associated with any online platform.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data or document contents to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DocuSafe platform:
Account Termination
DocuSafe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without refund of any subscription fees.
You may also choose to delete your own account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our data retention policy.
Changes to Terms
DocuSafe may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where possible, notify active users via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
Significant changes will always be communicated proactively. We will never silently introduce terms that materially reduce your rights without notice.
